How can I get a price quote?You can send any photo reference(s) or description of what you are looking to get, as well as a description of estimated placement and size, through the form on our website or text us at (573) 489-2643 to get a price quote.

Can I get tattooed if I'm under 18?We are able to tattoo those 16+.However, the minor's parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of service. Both the parent/guardian and the minor must have state or federal issued ID's with matching last names and addresses. If the last names and addresses do not match, you will also need (in addition to the state issued ID's) a birth certificate or proof of guardianship at the time of your appointment. Without proper documentation we will be unable to perform the tattoo.

What forms of payment do you accept?We are cash only in the shop. We do have an ATM that accepts debit cards. Deposits can be made via credit or debit card on our website, however, the remaining balance of the tattoo will be due in cash at the time of service.

What's your walk-in availability?We offer walk-in availability 6 days a week during our shop hours. Tuesday - Thursday 2pm-10pm and Friday - Sunday 10am - 11pm. Walk-in availability is on a first come first serve basis. To ensure you have a guaranteed time slot we recommend scheduling an appointment.

How can I book an appointment?All appointments can be viewed and scheduled directly via our website www.ironmoes.com on the “book online” page. You can select the booking category that best fits your design, select your artist preference, and then book for the date and time that works best for you.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?All clients must bring state or federal-issued IDs, such as a driver's license, a passport or a non-driver photo ID. Additionally, please make sure to bring either cash or a debit card to pay for your tattoo at the end of your appointment.

When will I get to see my design?You will be able to see your design at the time of the appointment/tattoo. For all appointments, once the appointment has been scheduled, the artist will reach out for a virtual consultation. From there, they will take all information and use that to create the design. At the time of the appointment you will get to see your design and any small changes can be made if necessary. For any larger changes, rescheduling may be necessary.

What if I want to book with a specific artist?Once you have selected a booking category on the “book online” portion of our website, you will be able to select “filter” above the calendar to show the available appointments with the artist of your choice. Scheduling an appointment will be the best way to ensure you have a set time slot with a specific artist.
