Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and your deposit will be transferred to your future appointment. Cancelation of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the start time in order to fill out paperwork and go over your design.
